 Do I need to be registered to buy on the Christine Bi website?

Yes, you must be registered on the site before any purchase. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details each time you shop with us. You can sign up now or you can start shopping and create your account before accessing the cart page.

 How do I create an account?

Click on “Login / Register” followed by “Create an account” and fill in your personal data.

 How do I order?

Buy the items you want and add them to your cart. When you're done, you can proceed to your cart and check out. Check and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 Having trouble adding items to my cart?

You will be able to add the items provided it is available. It can be an instance where the item is in someone else's shopping cart, so the status of the items is reflected as "temporarily unavailable". How do I pay for my orders? We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and cash on delivery.

 Can I modify and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is advisable to check the order before placing it.

 How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped when the credit/debit card payment has been approved and the billing and shipping address is verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user. Transport and delivery

 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed immediately upon verification of payment.

 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The time taken by our standard courier is approximately 24/48 working hours, once payment has been verified.

All orders are shipped by Christine Bi Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday, orders will be processed and shipped within 24/48h of payment confirmation, our warehouse.  How can I track the delivery?

When the order is shipped, Christine Bi sends its customers an email containing the tracking number provided by the courier, customers can follow the status of their order/shipping on the website of the chosen courier by entering the code provided by Christine Bi when ordering.

 What are the shipping costs? The cost of shipping is free, there is an additional cost of Euro 5 only if you choose to pay with cash on delivery.

 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment has been made, the system will automatically take the order, and it will not be possible for you to modify it directly, if you need help contact christinebistore@gmail.com and one of our operators will contact you.

 There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact christinebistore@gmail.com and one of our operators will verify.

 I have received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received a faulty item from us. Please contact our customer service team at christinebistore@gmail.com with a product snapshot and we will be happy to help.

 I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our customer service team at christinebistore@gmail.com and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

 I bought the wrong size or color.

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. However, we do accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our returns and exchanges policies and procedures, however you can contact christinebistore@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 I have not received my package, what should I do?

Please email our customer service team at christinebistore@gmail.com if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will help you accordingly.
